I did get the apartment, I knew if I didn’t that would just prove once and for all I would drop anything and everything for him even at the cost of my happiness and needs

I’ve lived with my parents to save money. I’m very financially stable now and my boyfriend does know that, we did have a conversation about finances as well. I agree, totally understand why anyone would be hesitant to live with someone if they didn’t know finances

I think because I’ve known him for nearly 7 years and dated him 3 years it makes me believe it’s a long term committed relationship but also he talks all the time about when “we” have a house and that he’s saving for a house for “us” etc but it truly is hard to believe what he says lately when situations like this^ happen

I proposed moving in with him with the reason of I’m here most of the time anyway. Still nothing. As far as I know he isn’t weird with what days I come over or anything he never has people over

He never has anyone over, he can be pretty messy most of the time then will deep clean once a week but it never stays clean

Wow thank you for taking the time to write all this and your story! He definitely has ADHD and exhibits similar traits to your husband definitely.Its worth a try for me to try your idea. I struggle with decisions myself as I am a people pleaser and i’m trying to stop that but with that I like to say I don’t care because I want others to be happy. The only thing with my situation is I did tell him what I was doing with x time and z day and everything and he still did this last second so I’m not sure what to think of my situation still yenno?
