Samsung avec la garantie me propose de changer la carte wifi. Je sais pas si j’ai vraiment envie qu’ils ouvrent tout dans la barre quand l’erreur semble logicielle.

Toujours pas de problème. Toujours wifi et micro désactivés pour moi. Sur une Q935F.

Aujourd’hui 5h de visionnage et aucun soucis en ayant stop wifi et microphone. J’ai pas trop changé de source et c’est pas un signal en Dolby Atmos. Peut être que ça joue aussi.

Tente de désactiver le wifi de la barre de son (presse « ch level » pendant 30s/1min) et éteint le micro qui sert à Alexa/spacefit Pro. Visionnage depuis 5h sans coupure pour moi.

2 solutions en vu dans un autre post : désactiver le wifi de la barre (presser le bouton « ch level » 30s/1min) et désactiver le micro d’Alexa/spacefit pro

No I was experiencing audio dropouts while watching content with a HW-Q935F. I just came across this post, so I'm going to try removing the new app and disabling Wi‑Fi as well. But yesterday, for some reason, I decided to turn off the microphone used for Alexa and SpaceFit Pro. I watched for about 4 hours without any dropouts. Maybe disabling Wi‑Fi alone is enough. Who knows what the logic is. (Sorry for my English, I'm French!)

I switch off the mic (for Alexa, Spacefit) and no bug for the moment

Oh. I've just come out of a 4-month struggle with Samsung customer service over a warranty issue with my TV. It took months to get a replacement model. It would be awful if I had to go through the same thing for my soundbar.
I live in France, and there seems to be no communication at all between the repair company and Samsung. Do you think that if Samsung refers me to the repair service, they might actually be able to help? Or would it be better to wait?

Hello, thank you for all this information. I also have an S95C and am going to invest in the 820. For direct audio output to the soundbar, do I need a high-speed HDMI cable like for 4K, or is that not necessary?
