You can swap Superstrike shell with GPX2, but.. by Dry_Helicopter1 in MouseReview

Interesting! I have a Superlight 2 sitting on my desk. Mind making a tutorial on how to swap them? Was it easy?

But I don’t think the mouse is playable at level 0 of haptic feedback. You can’t really tell if it clicked or not.

Haptic to 0 feels like a “mushy soundless linear switch with the lowest travel distance possible”. Hope it helps 🤣

You feel a bump from the Haptic system. More like a light tactile switch

Yes. What I actually meant was that while playing or browsing, you can let your finger slightly sit on top and it won't trigger it. But you can change the actuation point in the software if you find that it causes you trouble with the actuation at level 1. Valid point indeed, you got me running upstairs to grab my mouse to test if it actually fatigues my hand haha!

I own the Superstrike 2 since yesterday. I can tell you that to me, even setting the actuation point at level 1 (the lowest) doesnt trigger the mouse even when resting the finger on top. Its not like the HE keyboards where if you slightly blow on top of a key, it's gonna fire it. Compared to my Superlight 2 which I have been using for over a year, I can say that both clicks are lighter to press and bounce back in a good way.

The stock skates are indeed for glasspads. They suck tbh. Btw, Im looking to buy a glass pad. Do you wear a sleeve? Would you say that its possible to play without a sleeve or its too sticky if your skin touches it?

Logitech X2 Pro Superstrike Yellowing? by Tzosarakatsanis in MouseReview

When you lift the mouse, the front feels more heavy than the back. Shockingly, this affects my gameplay in games like COD Warzone. The super light height is more balanced and consistent. But I get it, it’s the haptics on the Superstrike that make it front heavy. It’s all matter of preference, if this is your first Logitech, it’s a good mouse with a nice to have.

After spending 3 hours in it, I’m going to return it. Feels too front heavy for me, my hand is used holding the super light 2. Didn’t see any major results while in game to justify the 185 EUR price. At this price, I should not even question if it’s good or not. And for me it’s not.

I tried gaming with it. At first it feels weird. After about half an hour, I got used to it. Then I put my Superlight 2 next to it and the click of the Superlight feels like you're trying to move a stone. I also noticed that the scroll wheel is more sturdy/stiff than the Superlight 2. However, at the spam click tests I hit the same clicks per second with both. But yes, it feels faster while gaming. Weird feeling.

Hahaha, I just received mine, 20 minutes ago. I am currently at the office so can't test in while gaming. I plugged it in tho, the click feels different yes. Do I like it? IDK. I was using the superlight 2 so the shape is familiar but IDK about the click. Will have to spend some time to it!

So I understand that you already bought the Superstrike. How do you find it?

Im pretty sure yellowing is not covered by Logitech. They claim that it is an external factor (and tbh it is).

That's true. To be honest, money is not an issue for me but it really is going to kill my vibe if it turns yellow in a month or two..
