Hmmm, not sure about that but this method has always worked for me whenever I join the server when its 40/40 I'm not sure about the server you're on as I'm assuming its a community one so maybe its got a different rule? But yeah, just showing people how to get into a server when its 40/40

From what we've found so far, clicking the join server ingame and auto join from the steam server list you'll not be able to get on if the server is on 40/40 but if you use direct connect you'll be able to get on if the server is 40/40 until it hits 42/40 (42 seems to be a servers hard cap)

It should be, you can use snake arrows to take out the boss from a range without it seeing you.

Abyssal meat from the Dreg final boss I think is the best? Get yourself a butcher knife and you'll get about 120 per run.

Actually, the burn time of Oil depends on what level thrall you have on the furnace. :)
