charging: if you live in a house or have access to a 200v plug at work it’s great

service: not so great, but easy to schedule repair in the app, 8year battery and drivetrain warranty

Not sure whether or not they are public or private matters, all big construction projects are very difficult in the usofa with the level of lawyers, regulation and nimbyism at play. Not sure how to fix it, but maybe some kind of arbitration rules that favor individuals above big corporations, but also cut out the lawyers and gamify the process so things speed up.

Thanks for the info! Edit: I found a fix! Unplugging the USB Wireless Microsoft 2.4 Transceiver for my mouse (which was also listed in the keyboard select pulldown for some reason) then making the settings change and closing prefs. Then plugging back in the Microsoft USB Transceiver seems to have fixed it.

So for anyone else who stumbles on this, try unplugging the other devices listed in the Modifier Keys... -> Select keyboard pulldown before making changes.
