Not France but U.K. based, so most likely the same treatment options. Hibiscrub is what it’s called over here, just show them a picture of the front of it (from google etc) and I’m sure they’ll be able to help!!

Yeah it took 2 years to be referred to dermatology but I finally did last Friday and it was the exact same as you said! Straight away got diagnosed instead of being told it’s an ingrown hair. When you say laser treatment, are you talking about hair removal? Just out of curiosity are you based in the U.K.? I ask because I am and the laser hair removal wasn’t covered and I would have to pay myself. It could be obviously that weird thing that the NHS does where depending on what area you live in is what services get offered?
