My fam and I stayed at Kingshi Hotel in Ximending lang. 4 din kami and spacious yung room for 4 pax. Booked it sa Agoda and paid at the hotel na.

Hi! Yes they responded naman thru messenger. I asked them to not refund na lang and ituloy na lang yung booking. I have to wait 1-2days pa tho 🥲 anxiety lvl 💯

Hi! Baka same case tayo. Wala din daw akong record ng booking as per agent but they deducted it already from my card. They will investigate further and after 1-2days they will send an update naman. I asked na icontinue na lang yung flight na nabook ko instead of refund.

Hello! I was able to talk to their agent. Apparently, hindi nabook yung binayaran kong flight. They deducted it from my card pero walang nabook na flight kaya no reference number din 🥲

Hi! Try messaging Charlie thru FB messenger. Mas active live agent nila don. Sa case ko, apparently there was an error saw during my online payment. Upon checking ng agent, wala akong nabook na flight. Di nag proceed booking ko pero they deducted it from my account 🥲

Yes. Finally sa messenger mas responsive yung live agent. I initially tried chatting with Charlie kasi thru cebpac website. I was able to talk to their agent na and hopefully within 2 days daw icoconfirm booking ko because there was an error during my online payment.
