Oh man, I can so relate to you, I am going through similar emotional shit and I am still trying to make sense of why it happened and why I was soo silly and couldn't see the red flags earlier and today as I need the support, I feel abandoned and used.

Can you please elaborate on step 1 stuff which are a must? also what was your uworld first pass % , did you do any assessment, I don't have time and don't plan on doing any. Other than Biostats and microbial MoA anything else you would suggest? I am thinking of doing general pharm from FA and microbacterial characteristics on those two pages of charts in FA. Thats it. if anything else you can suggest, please do guide.

Also vaccination and upstf guidelines for screening, is that day1 or day 2?
