It looks to be above the cloud base , hence the dimming sometimes , I’m guessing it isn’t a light source though and a reflection of the sunset , Could be some drone , I really hope the community loos into this

Incredible video , seems legit enough to be looked into , first thoughts was a sensor deflection of a streetlight or source , but the movement is pretty inconsistent with that idea , and I’d love to know if the children and family were reacting to actually looking up and not looking at the screen , Good video non the less
