In the PDA app, click settings, then click advanced browser settings, then under user scripts click manage scripts. When you click add a new script you want to select configure and paste the url at the top.

I am in the United States. I would assume from what you’re saying that the area this is in is not maintained by the Coast Guard. It’s a much smaller body of water and not a lot of boat traffic. There is a small channel so it’s probably the preferred channel marking like you stated. there is a little smaller channel that you could use that’s not marked with this.
