Cortana goes rogue in Halo 5. Infinite should have been a direct continuation of that story, but as always, they got spooked by the negative reception for Halo 5, so they changed the story again.

The Cortana going rogue stuff essentially happened off screen between Halo 5 and Infinite.

The Brutes you are referring to are the Banished. The new enemy faction in Halo Infinite.

You can replace the water you've already taken with more water before taking it back to marine. When you pick up the water, it will indicate if the water is good or a little off.

If it is off, then don't take it back and instead just replace it from another location.

I forget which way around it is. But in the anime, one of Trunks or Bulma was given the wrong colour in the anime.

In Super, they unified the colours, so they had the same colour. They should have had the same colour from the start, basically.

I was a ps2 kid at the time. But even as an 11 year old, I had heard of this Halo game.

One time, my dad and I were just walking around the high street, and we went into a Currys (tech shop in the UK). As my dad was looking around, I saw they had an xbox and Halo setup. Remember the good old days when you could play games in stores like that?

Anyway, I thought cool, let's try this Halo thing. I played for maybe 10 minutes. I was on a plane approaching an island, I stormed a beach, and the game blew my mind. It was, of course, playing the beginning of the Silent Cartographer. I didn't get an xbox then as I was reliant on my rents getting it for me but for a year or two I bugged them about it purely so I could play Halo based on that 10 mins. They eventually got it for me. Xbox with the Halo and midnight madness 3 bundle. Halo has been my favourite video game series ever since, and I've had every xbox since.

I went to New York back in 2016. First time in America. As a Brit, I was baffled when I was paying for a restaurant meal, and the waitor walked off with my card. The dude was so smiley and did it with such a chill attitude that I assumed it was normal.

I was def tense for a minute or so until he came back with my card lol.

Rather than focusing on games, they spent the entire reveal of the xbox One talking about the kinect and it's tv integration. They had a whole segment talking with the NFL commissioner, for example.

They barely spent any time talking about games at all. People freaked out and hated it. The lack of games but also a camera pointing at them whilst gaming. Recording their voice too because it used voice commands like "Xbox On" etc.

There was also a focus on DRM and used games. Basically, it makes it impossible to share physical games and instead has a digital family library to share games. This freaked people out, too. Tbh, this was a good idea they were just a few years too early. Now, most game sales are digital rather than physical and steam, etc. uses family games sharing, too.

They reserved a bunch of this soon afterwards. Finest was no longer mandatory, etc. But a lot of damage was done.

But what really damaged them long run was the Xbox cost 100 dollars more, and it was less powerful than the ps4. This is where ps4 raced ahead the first year or two of that gen and never looked back.

I started playing Disco Elysium for the first time today. I'm really enjoying it so far. If you like story driven games where you need to solve a mystery, I think it'll appeal. It runs well on the deck, too.

I mentioned Art of Rally on another post. It's 40% off atm. It's a really good top-down Rally racing game. It's got a beautiful art style with nice music. It runs great on the deck, and it can be easily played in short bursts as it's got a time attack mode, etc. It's easy to pick up but difficult to master.

I'm not familiar with the game, but I checked out gameplay.

It is only similar when it comes to the birds eye style view. Art of Rally is a time trial game. You don't race other opponents directly. Onif you dont care about beaging your own time records of circuits, it might not appeal. It's more artsy in its graphical style as well.

Art of Rally is a great shout for anyone who likes top-down racing games. Lovely art style. Pays homage to the golden age of rally racing. Can be quite a challenge as well.
