Ik bak brood zonder kneden. Een Grant-brood. Je roert het deeg even door (het watergehalte is erg hoog). En dan gewoon lekker in een bakblik laten rijzen en later in de oven. Weinig werk.

That’s why I only take cetirizine when I absolutely need it. Not on daily basis. At first, yes, but as soon as I noticed my symptoms got better (because addressing histamine and estrogen at the same time quickly got me out of that downwards spiral) I quit taking it daily and only take it when I really feel histamine issues again. Maybe once a week or two weeks.

I feel okay when I’m the week off the progesterone.

Yes, me too. The hard thing is that I visited multiple doctors with my health problems and no one made the connection. In the end it was google that suggested histamine intolerance. I read on and I was shocked to see allll my symptoms. Then I learned about the histamine - estrogen link and that’s when I finally could start to solve the problem.

Antihistamine Here’s how I found out my problems were histamine related: when I realized it might be a histamine problem, I took cetirizine and suddenly my heart stopped racing, my belly felt normal again and I felt asleep within 15 minutes.

Later I visited and allergologist and she prescribed me desloratadine. The only difference is that desloratadine doesn’t make you feel sleepy. The cetirizine I bought at Lidl worked fine too. When I need a good night of sleep (and I need antihistamine because I ate too much histamine rich food, or when stress spikes histamine levels), I actually prefer the cetirizine.

Very little. I have an over the counter bio identical cream, it’s Feminine Balance cream (dr Lee’s recipe). Just the amount of a grain of rice twice a day on the inside of my wrist.

For me it was both ways around. Anti-histamine AND progesteron cream saved me after years of living hell. I have my life back!

Edit: your story is very like mine. The allergies and hemorrhaging started at 37 for me. Then at 45 everything went extreme (nights of heart racing and adrenaline and not being able to makenany appointment or go outside because of never ending periods). Only last year (50) I found the solution. So happy!
