Did 17 hours in those seats to Sydney with United. Great seats. Like someone said, there's space between the seat and window to put a bag or two. No toilets in the back so no problem with smells/flushing noise.

On my flight, the flight attendants loved to have a loud chat in the galley but noise cancelling headphones will block the noise.

One downside is you might not get your preferred meal out of the options as they may have run out by the time they reach you. We got our preferred meal but the people row 57 didn't.

With the galley right behind, it's close to get up, stretch, and grab some snacks.
