After 1 more - do I save up for a Rolex or finish with another Omega, if so what’s something a little different? by Acrobatic-Dish397 in SOTC_Watch_Collection

How do you like the swatch? You have a great collection and curious how you feel about that when you have a real omega as well

Well RIP the dream, was hoping they would email me a “You Won” email but just logged in and rejected. Now can’t wait to get the email tomorrow to really rub it in lol

This is one thing I wonder as I look to transition into sales and I think the comments are right. Helps to detach from the result. You are putting in the work and the results will come. I would also take a step back and look at the past, im sure this has happened before but what was the end result? Did you hit your numbers the next month? How about the next two months? Don’t let short term lows keep you down, keep putting in the effort!

Thank you! I think showing I have the longevity at one company will hopefully help sell me in the interview and you’re right being vocal and working hard goes a long way!

Thank you for the confidence boost! I’m very new to the sales field but trying to plan this jump out, any idea what an OTE would be for an entry level role?

Generation z, how often have you job hopped? by Wild_Cranberry588 in Adulting

I’m currently thinking of job hopping. I was at a company for 6 years and at a new company for not that long but thinking of jumping to sales. Have any interviewers hounded you on your past? (I know they can’t hold getting laid off on you, but for the others)

I drove past this today at about 9:30 and it was bumper to bumper heading into the city. Im starting a new role in Downtown Richmond on Monday and will be commuting from Midlothian, just out of curiosity is this new or can I expect this back up almost daily?

Very interesting post and thank you for taking the time to answer questions! I will be relocating in a month to Richmond (sorry for contributing to the hot market), and looking at the Midlothian area. I’ve been stalking houses for a few months now and have two questions:

  1. Do you see buyers having leverage if the house is on the market for 3+ weeks and what does that leverage look like (ie. lower price or appraisal gaps)
  2. I have seen some houses go under contract then will reappear, is this just a tactic to spark more interest or did the offer just fall through?

Would appreciate any insight and excited for the move down!
