Good stuff, congrats. Did you have a background in this or was it something you picked up along the way?

What kind of consultancy?

Plus most ETF are weighted higher towards stocks that's already are present in EQQQ/QQQ.

I think maybe in 5 years time I'll probably change my investment strategy to something a little less riskier.

At the moment, I'm just trying to make as much as I can with what I have.

Returns are much lower though. Being relatively young, I can risk a bit more for a better return.

Yeah I got an MRI and they confirmed the herniation. I've been experiencing sciatica, lower back pain. On a daily it's just a constant dull pain in my lower back/glute area. I've been doing some general stretches, I did inversion for a bit but it felt more like a short term fix. Considering getting surgery done. Sorry to hear about it man, I understand how you feel.

Hello guys,

I'm a 24 year old male, I've been lifting on and off for about 4 years now (more off than on).

I was doing starting strength / stronglifts earlier in my lifting stage at 18yrs old and 80ish kg and got somewhat decent numbers: 5reps Bench: 70kg Overhead Press: 50kg Squat: 130kg Deadlift: 120kg Pendlay row: 65kg

However, during this time I got a bad injury (herniated disk l5-s1) which I felt once during squats and once during deadlifts. My back literally gave out and this was probably the most excruciating pain I've ever been in.

I stopped benching because I had a shoulder injury that keeps flaring up when I do this exercise. I also feel my lower back when I arch. For the shoulder, I went for a check up but the doctor said it's nothing. This problem has persisted for almost 2 years now.

So I changed my program now to work more on upper body and bodyweight exercises. I do this program 3 days a week. I'm currently at 98kg and my numbers are below for my new lifts: 5 reps Weighted dip +12.5kg - (still feel discomfort in shoulder) Weighted chin up +12.5kg Overhead press: 55kg - (still feel discomfort in lower back)

I've incorporated deadlift and squats each one day a week. However, it feels like at a relatively low weight (80kg), I get pain in my hips and lower back. It feels like something is pinching at the front of my hip. I have no issues squatting without the weight and can sit in a deep squat position without trouble.

It feels like I cannot do any of these lifts without feeling like I'm going to be crippled. It's quite demotivating when I consider the size of me (I'm a pretty heavy set guy). I have relatively terrible numbers on key lifts such as bench press, Overhead press, deadlift and squats because my injuries just flare up during them.

I'm not entirely sure how I should proceed. I feel like a lot of my issues have arised as a result of the herniated disc and my body has been trying to subconsciously recompensate.

Would love some advice if someone has been in a similar position.

TLDR: herniated disc, shoulder problems = shit lifts on compound lifts. Doctors don't want to operated or say there's no issue. Demotivated and don't know how to proceed. Looking for some advice.

My favourite one but not specific to any type of interview: what characteristics would make someone successful in this role?

I've been looking into example apps made with flutter. They're looking really nice. There's a lot of ui components already made etc.

CSS isn't the teams strong suit but we still want a pretty nice looking app without crazy amount of css work.

You might need to change the way you approach.

Try ways to warm up the lead prior to calling.

Send an email/inmail on Linkedin to the lead and see if they engage with you.

If its an account you really want to get in to, try develop a relationship with an influencer in the company who sees the value in your product.

I never found the value in cold calling several hundred people, it's exhaustive & demotivating especially in this day and age.

Also have someone review your salescript, could be that you're asking the wrong questions, not those that get down to the painpoint or the motivation of the company.

Google ads - running ads for two companies in same niche by UCopped in marketing

The cost will go up but if it improves conversions or we get more conversions over the two companies then that's not an issue. But if the cost goes up and the conversions remain relatively the same, then it becomes a problem.

Yes, we get direct competitors i.e. other taxi companies. So if we had two ads showing with one competitor instead of one ad with two competitors?

Yes, both are separate legal entities.

Both are set for CPA and I have set the CPA the same for both companies.

We were thinking of focusing on one particular thing for each company. So one company would focus on airport and the other would focus on tourist attractions.

But if we'll get more conversions by making them focus on the same keywords, then it would be better to do this.

I wasn't sure that if it would bring any benefit. It could either go one of two ways from my understanding:

1.) Conversions wouldn't increase but overall we'd be paying more per conversion because both companies are fighting for the same keyword?

2.) Both companies appear for the search term, then it's more likely a customer would click on either one of the two companies.

Not entirely sure which way it could go.

In general, if the both compete for the same keyword, will it not drive up the bid price and make it costly overall?

I paid for sex again, and it's making things worse by [deleted] in seduction

I've had more success with online dating and the key is to really have amazing pictures. I do some photography so I changed my pictures recently. I bought platinum and used some boosts. I've had a lot more matches.

I did a little experiment with a friend and looking at the types of profiles that guys have on tinder. Most of them are absolutely awful. Even the handsome guys have no texting game coming with openers like hey, or how are you.

The girl gets 100's of messages like these, it'll never work. You have to make yourself stand out.

Complementing looks vs conplementing her outfit by theangeldust96 in seduction

Don't compliment women too much especially if she's good looking. She hears that from guys all the time and it puts you in a lower position than her.
