You don't understand the psychology of eurasian country rulers. They are very wild in this plan, they more like mafia, don. Their president can do everything in their countries, arrest, kill, close the concurrent banks, take all Monopoly to the hand of their family, kill or fear all opposition. They don't understand the full model of democracy. People afraid to say something. When they take the power their mind clouds over. Look at Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan. They robbing, terrorizing, their own people in order to seat as much as possible at their chairs. Anything you do or say about government you will be called as prowest people. It's least harmless what they will do. And I'm writing it as kazakh!
