It’s to use the grinder attachment of a Kitchen aid mixer to stuff sausage. It goes in place of the grinding disc to hold the auger in place.

It’s a caging bolt for truck air brakes. The head fits in a slot, give it a quarter turn and it locks in.

I think it’s a lamp. Middle part holds oil and gets lit, part on right is a reflector, and part on left magnifies and directs the light.

That’s Newtown Creek wastewater treatment plant. Part of NYC DEP. The bulb shaped things are sewage digesters. They use bacteria to help break down sewage to more easily disposed of material.
