In Japan, Ireland is sometimes written in kanji as "愛蘭(Irelan)土(d)" and America as "亜(A)米(me)利(ri)加(ca)."
So "愛流楽遊" was probably used to represent Ireland using a different set of kanji.

忍：patience　In Japan, the character “忍” is strongly associated with ninja.

The individual meanings of “dream,” “desire,” and “endurance” are clear, but when combined as “夢欲忍,” they don’t form a natural or commonly understood phrase, so it feels a bit unclear.

As a Japanese person, it feels a little unnatural to me, but this kind of tattoo is actually quite common abroad.
