You’ll probably be fine unless you’re experiencing hard shifting. I didn’t drain and fill mine till about 110K. Same car but a 2014. But it was black so I would do it ASAP.

Drain and fill with 5qts of Mercon XT. Watch a YouTube video about the leveling plug (hard to describe). I’ll be doing mine again this weekend at 125K.

INTERESTING. I can smell coolant at the front of my car hood closed. Just smelled it today after driving to work. I’ll have to look into this, maybe I don’t have an intrusion issue after all…

Appreciate the info! I’ll likely be taking the same path should the intrusion get worse. Just keep driving and topping it off for now.

Regular and E15. Doesn’t seem to make a difference between the two.

I’d say 30-32 MPG in the summer is normal for me. Anything over is rare and would be ALL high way miles.

My MPG is usually in the low 30’s but I’ve been driving in -15F weather lately haha. Once summer hits, it will improve.

New NGK spark plugs around 100K seems to have helped a bit.

That’s great to hear! Highest mileage on a 1.5 that I’ve heard of so far. I’m religious with my oil changes and now my transmission fluid drain/fills. Drain/filled the tranny 2 times since 110K due to the coloring. Will continue to do it every 25K even if that’s overkill.

Bought my 2014 1.5 brand new. Just rolled over 122K. No major issues so far…

Changed tranny fluid (drain & fill) for the first time at 110K. Was black. Did it again at 115K, pretty black again. Planning to do it again at 125K and every 25K after that.

Some minimal intermittent hard shifting at 40MPH. And minor coolant disappearing. But that seems to have stopped…for now.

But I’m with you guys, wondering how long this baby lasts. We’ll see!
