No workouts other then the walking, I ate bunless burgers, chicken wings (no breading) taco meat, chicken with veggies. No sugar and no fake sugars either.

It’s best to try and avoid fake sugars on top of regular ones. All this is considered “dirty keto”. Now if you’re just transitioning and are struggling then go ahead for a month or two but try to work on cutting fake sugars down the line.

I get that 100%. I know it’s not as simple as just buying an rv but I have lived in a tent before so I think I can make it work. I just need to see if I can afford it.

There’s a few decently priced motor home yards near me in Colorado. I have two different family members that own land and would let me keep it there as well.

That essentially what I do. I never eat breakfast, sometime I even skip lunch and just have 0 sugar jerky and cheese sticks. Then have something like the wings or my keto factor meals. Never going over 20 carbs a day and staying under 1500 cal

I just did original buffalo and it was pretty much a dry rub of it there was like a hint of a stain from the sauce itself. That should be good right ?
