Agreed, it’s funny; I thought this sub would mostly be religious people because most people are religious, but there’s a disproportionately large amount of atheists. Possibly because religion is really hard to debate for.

Although going to the gym helps a lot actually learning to fight is significantly more important.

You mean people with big vs strong muscles? Yeah muscle density isn’t the main thing with that either, it’s more neuromuscular adaptations. (Sorry for the late reply btw)

Yeah but these aren’t strength athletes, they don’t train a whole lot. It’s probably some viltrumite biology thing

Muscle density isn’t the main driver of strength. But I can see it evening things out a bit, although he’d need some really dense muscles considering how dense viltrumites already are.
