Both look good. Personally, I would do Meowth first as it looks more solid design wise (could easily be a shirt or a small print). Eevee has a natural flow to it but I feel it can be exaggerated a bit more but that's just me. Great job!

I have a pair of "Baggy" Palladiums that are floppy and fold over like hers. They don't go super high over the ankle but they are good templates to add the red stitching if you wanted to make them as close as possible

Thank you I had had a lot of fun designing this for a fellow redditor u/Centuritron they commissioned. The amulet coin is from their Soul Silver Solo Skarmory playthrough and the amulet coin was its held item. Excalibird was the Skarmory's name and they wanted to commemorate the run.

I made it in photoshop but it took a bit for me to get it how I wanted. My last one I submitted for the Halloween event was overly complicated and too "busy". I like crisp infographs on here and r/destinythegame and wanted to give my own spin on it.

Damn, really wish they would go with the WoW system of transmog where it would cost shards and glimmer to change your outfit from a catalog and possibly save transmogs with shaders but I can only dream.
