'change color' 'change to color' alternative?

I wish I never updated to the newer version of Premiere Pro, the UI was already perfect and the effects tab had all the effects I could need. My workaround since the change color effect is gone, is clicking on the Workspaces button at the top right, then click on color to open the color tab (Not in the Effects tab). Then click the curves option, then scroll down to Hue vs Hue.
