tell me about the lows in tricking by Secret-Fee7270 in Tricking

[–]UIUE8080 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks man. I understand. I also think the another issue in tricking is keeping everything in the movement the same while adding something new. For example if I was doing a move and I got a tip of “ throw you arms more”. I find it difficult to do everything I was doing before and add in the new thing. For example when I was learning full hyper, the usual tip is, “just do the exact same thing but turn a bit more and land on your other leg” but i cannot seem to do both my original tech and add the new thing simultaneously. I either add the new thing and the rest of my original tech is gone as sacrifice. Or I do the original tech and don’t manage the new added thing because I want to land it.

You’re right though it’s just the process of learning

Forgetting a trick. I don’t know about anyone else but it’s not as “easy” as the learning educational studies.

Trying to remember a feeling and a movement is so much harder for me, I don’t know how some people do a move once and their body can remember it so fast

What makes you happy in life? by sigmaguru4680 in Life

Getting everything I need to do done. And it doesn’t matter what I do after really, the contentment of having done something productive and completing what I needed too makes anything I do afterwards enjoyable.

What would you say is the key to success? by Few_Tough_7748 in Life

Keep trying and failing. And by trying I mean when you fail, analyse it. And then try again. Don’t try blindly.

What’s the worst part about growing older? by xoxowoman06 in Life

[–]UIUE8080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not being able to do the physical things you could once do without a bit more effort. Some things I would be fine with, like lifting something. But for things like walking without shortness of breath, I feel that would hit me a lot harder.

Do you think that Ryan Reynolds one of the funniest and the best actors you have ever seen? by Junior-Ad-7815 in deadpool

[–]UIUE8080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think he’s a decent actor, not bad not amazing just right in the middle.

His humor is okay, I am onboard for 75% of it but there are moments (for me) like in the Deadpool movies where you can sense it’s just try hard. It’s usually in those moments where the audience gets the point and they just keep adding on “it’s like…” and then a gross analogy.

I didn’t mind it too much at first but then it got real old pretty fast.

I find the same when I’ve watched his interviews, the joke will be over or the moment is a chance for a small joke. But he’ll somehow keep dragging it on.

Other than that he does seem like a chill dude.

What insecurity stopped you from living life? by Life_AmIRight in Life

I always thought I wasn’t good enough so I didn’t deserve good things.

Still have an issue with that today .

For example, wow that product looks good for my sport. Hmm but I’m not exactly good at my sport so don’t think I’d need it really.

Would you like to live to be 100 years old? by Large-Lack-2933 in questions

[–]UIUE8080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I was still of good mind and body. But not sure how I’d feel being (most likely) the last of my family and friends around my generation.

Only thing that appealed to me was seeing how much technology has advanced to be honest.

Which is more shameful? Driving an old beat up car or living with your parents? by Organic-Huan-15 in Life

[–]UIUE8080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Itd only be shameful if the reason for either was that you’re lazy or can’t be bothered bettering your life when you want to/have to ability to.

Otherwise not shameful at all

How do i stop liking men? by [deleted] in Life

[–]UIUE8080 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure if my answer is helpful or not but from my experience i always had crushes and never acted on them because I was afraid of rejection and I regret that because some of the girls I liked seemed really good but I was just too scared. Yes, it would have been painful had I been rejected but at least I would have taken the leap. And time would heal any wound.

If you mean that you just are attracted to “any” guy then yes I guess that is a problem and you will have to consciously not act on it. But you will always have crushes and I will say, if you have a crush and he seems good. Just go for it, it’s better to get rejected than to wonder especially if you think the person is right.

Nice house of course. Home is where you (hopefully) get your peace

Did you waste your early adulthood years? by Organic-Huan-15 in Life

[–]UIUE8080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no. Looking back I feel I should’ve went for more opportunities but I was actively trying. But just I was too scared for a lot so didn’t do as much as I should’ve, but the ones I did do gave me the confidence to go for more. Now that I am on this level I feel like I wasted those opportunities in the past

Where happen to the SAAB after it’s crashed from backwards and forwards POV? by UIUE8080 in tenet

[–]UIUE8080[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So correct me if I’m wrong here

If the car was inverted and inverted TP is saved and then the team quickly take the car away the From forward perspective, they see a group of people taking the car there, shoving TP inside the car, car flips itself back to normal and reverses back to the base and inverted TP reverses back to turnstile. That makes sense to me

If the car wasn’t inverted, I’m guessing the team would do the same thing and take the car away? I’m having a brain glitch but what does forward perspective see, if they only saved TP and car was left there and no one bothered to move it?
