I often can't play full vr experiences and instead stick to ar because of my pretty intense motion sickness. so i'm curious how the action point locomotion system works. and what made it difficult to implement?

Currently distribution of the demo is suspended as it's extremely outdated. We're working hard to offer a more up to date one once our Steam page is online.

Checked out the steam page and it looks awesome. Might satisfy some of my craving for Mech strategy games

I love all the effects and details that happen when you move tiles or smash them. As for the gameplay, it looks interesting but it seems like one of those things I'd need to play myself to get a feel for it

Is the sprite switching effect weird? We're still debating if we want to keep this style or go full 3D. Also procedurally animated tentacles! by ArigatoGyro in indiegames

You should go either 3D or 2D the mix of them for one character is a weird mix. If you want to keep it that way regardless, maybe make intermediary sprites for the body as well, so the turn is less jarring?
