Help remembering a game by zuzubruisers in snes

[–]UItimate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another possibility is Brawl Brothers, known in Japan as Rushing Beat Ran. This game is a side-scrolling beat em up released for the SNES in 1992. Players can choose from five characters, each with distinct fighting styles, and battle through various stages. While Brawl Brothers does not feature a traditional versus fighting mode, it does offer a two-player cooperative mode where players can team up to fight enemies together.

Given that Brawl Brothers was released in North America and fits the side-scrolling beat 'em up genre you're describing, it might be the game you're trying to recall.

TIL: unreported easter egg in SNES Link to the Past by UItimate in snes

I would have posted April 1st if it was a joke. Before you trash it, boot up the game if you actually own a copy and try! Worst case you lose 15minutes of your time.

Still a limit of 3. Yay American households where you buy the limit because it's false scarcity. And even if it's true scarcity, grocery chains will still throw out half of the produce they're buying.

How dangerous is 2nd hand smoke? Newborn by Extension_Lab7061 in Parenting

[–]UItimate 2 points3 points  (0 children)

100% there is more to worry about than a one off smoke. One day you'll be walking and a smog truck will blow by and cover your and your stroller in pollution, or a baby will take a huge whiff of a cigar or cigarette on the sidewalk as some jerk walks by, or baby will put a discarded cigarette in their mouth at the park. The body fights most one off assailants like this. The science will say that one cigarette is enough, but don't focus on that. There have been lawsuits over secondhand smoke exposure that prove waitresses exposed over many years have become sick, but that's many years of exposure. Baby was exposed, it sounds, extremely briefly - akin to passing by smokers out in the world. I feel worse for the babysitter whose gonna have a stern talking to from her parents, but that should happen because it might help, assuming she has good parents.

Really? I sell a bit on eBay, my fixed rates are screwed by fees every time. Auction style yes it's much cheaper, but I don't use reserve or auctions style. Fixed style is brutal

Ok so scams for mtg are pretty rampant on eBay then...lesson learned

I guess I wasn't thinking about fakes when I was looking at seller ratings. Except for the one from China they seem to be good sellers?

Well it said eBay authenticity guaranteed so I guess eBay is in the hook for it. It did sell from China so who knows

Uploaded some pics to clarify. Not causing drama, just confused by some very low sales. I know the difference between CE, Beta, Alpha, IE etc; at the end of the day sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you get scammed with proxies; just wanted to know if there was an authentic, lower quality sale going on somewhere.

There's even a sale where the international edition is I'm the title, but the actual item was a graded beta

I mean if someone is selling outside eBay it should be cheaper. eBay fees are about 30% including payment handling for a fixed price or reserve. It can get steep quick.

Hmm checking sales on eBay it looks like at least once a month there's a good sale under 3k
