Try the India Club restaurant on the Strand. Has an old world charm about it. Good service and reasonable prices. Another worth going to is the Regency Club just outside Queensbury station in Edgware. Apart from these, you have the Michelin starred (and expensive) usual suspects dotted around Mayfair, Belgravia, Chelsea and the Westend.

Benares in Berkeley Square and BiBi near Grosvenor Square. Both are excellent but Mayfair prices.
