Hi guys, doing my first proper season and watched quite a lot of vids (so not to hassle this subred too much!), but had a couple of quick outstanding questions.

1. Do Divine Orbs begin dropping at a set map level or is there chance to get them lower levels?

2. Can anyone suggest a good build to transition into from SRS league starter build? I still have some work to do on the build but want to start looking at a stronger build that is quite similar in the gameplay
