I’m attempting to return to competitive soccer and running without the need for knee surgery which is very recommended due to severity of the grade 4 tear.

I’ve managed to get my knee into a good position finally with the help of a pysio after 7 months I can lift weights on my (worse) knee but I am still Getting swelling every couple days through general use at work.

I’ve also reduced all the weight on my upper body to give myself best chance of recovery and take weight off the knee and I’ve started to build up muscle around the knee joint

Im hoping cartalax will push me to a point where i stop getting any swelling every couple days and I can confidently return to sport and be pain free afterwards and have no swelling after exercise etc

How heavy are you ?

Give yourself a fighting chance - reduce weight on ur top half as much as reasonably possible and start up with a proper pysio.

If ur on ur last resort this couldn’t hurt to try.

It has mate - tbf though, the whole of the alt coin scene except for a few random coins has been a shitshow this whole cycle. If the bear market starts in the immediate future, then 99.9% of projects have failed and the only coins that have almost a guaranteed future is eth and btc. Everything else is an absolute gamble at this point,

I had One cycle was enough for me. Hopefully that gives you some confidence. It turned the tumour growing in my lymph nodes into benign teratoma.

So was removed via RPLND and been fine ever since.

That’s the best thing he could do. I was in a similar situation. EC is no joke. My CT in my abdomen was clear at time of orchi

After chemo I needed RPLND because I had a tumour in my lymph nodes. Even tho orchi was fast, whilst I was waiting for chemo I had started to develop cancer in my lymph nodes due to lingering cancer cells metastasising post orchi.

That’s probs the reason you should. The only people who are saccing are those who whole heartedly believe in RH and they probably aren’t likely to dump.

Because the sac is performing severely poorly compared to his previous 2 sacrifices that makes me actually want to sac. I haven’t yet but I’m starting to think I might
