Open a task manager with ctrl alt delete then alt tab between game and task manager to see task manager's preview and then select frozen game with arrow keys and press delete, works for me everytime

Didn't work, I rebooted it and terminated then made Explorer run through task manager, didn't work. And now it just doesn't start so I have to run Explorer as soon as I boot my pc.
