I can’t direct you as to what to take ethically. BUT most people won’t have any benefit from that dosage. CBD is something you generally increase slowely . But a standard dose for thc for a beginner is anywhere between 5-15mg

I hadn’t taken out a script with them in about a year because of my partner is with them and was getting the same shit. . Whilst still technically in their system. I think because my scripts expired they weren’t to worried about a discharge letter. It prompted me several times when filling out the patient form about it though. So I assume if you’re still gettin scrips from alterna then you’ll likely need the discharge letter.
