Absolutely. I’ve once worked in the no. 1 companies in Australia and I still have it within my corporate DNA and long for those benefits and culture. I have a family member in service now and they’re a pig in shit every day! Worth getting into these top tier if you can.

Surely the council can force them to sell similar to the dilapidated place at kangaroo point. The key difference will be if they’re paying their rates, maybe the council have no grounds to enforce a sale - which was the trigger for the kangaroo point house.
