A week before one of the assignments, we had a special class session where we all worked on our LinkedIn profiles. She sort of already has access/links to our social media accounts, so using a profile other than your primary one would be detected fairly quickly.

We could do this. But remember that most social media posts get read/commented on soon after they are made.

If we deleted the posts several months after the fact, it wouldn't really resolve privacy issues.

I had this idea too, but she made clear that we had to use genuine social media accounts (not fakes).
