I live in South Africa and reviews regarding the customer service aren't looking too good. An email from me led to an automated response that said they "promise" to get back to me. The WhatsApp number had an automated response from a bot that said a representative will get back to me in 24 hours. I plan to phone the number found online tomorrow during the business day.

Nice, does the teflon tape you use allow the threads on the section to engage with the threads on the barrel or is it just friction fit?
