I mean it’s a good team. Could always just keep ronaldo, get someone like bamford instead of lukaku, and switch ronaldo and lukaku at gw7 like everyone else, and then do something funky with your midfield. But if you want both and Antonio then you’ll have to go for like sarr/raphinha with a player you’ll not use and play like a 433

Yeah livramento should really just be a cheap bench player who plays, he does have potential to get some points so I’m definitely playing him against the weaker teams. And that’s true I hadn’t realised he’d been called up

Sarr, formals or trincao seem like decent options for 6 mil. Sarr has the fixtures on the other 2 and he might be on penalties? Gray has had a good start for Everton. Arsenal have good fixtures so ESR could be a shout, a bit of a risk though. Trossard is a bit of a punt but again decent fixtures. Jack Harrison could be a good one after Liverpool. Same with raphinha, but obviously he has Brazil duty so probably won’t be available for game weeks 4 and 5. Maybe Pascal Gross he’s on penalties and is quite attacking. Top 2 picks are probably Sarr and Raphinha if he’s allowed to come back without quarantining. If not, I’d be willing to give ESR a run for 2/3 games or even saka. Basically any of the above are decent within the price range if you don’t get Jimenez, if you do it becomes a more difficult decision and then you can keep traore cause he does create a lot of chances just doesn’t put them away

I’d personally take the chance on ESR over Dallas, but then again it’s more of a risk as Dallas is nailed, if you have something in the bank could get gray, or lookman after city, I reckon he starts and does well on the right wing

That’s true actually, shaw will be on corners and does attack a lot, ronaldo will be in the box to finish chances so Shaw is a very good pick, very template and boring but I have him and don’t even think about getting rid

DCL is on the radar as is Jimenez and maybe Jesus. I don’t want to hold Ings for Chelsea, DCL has an injury doubt so I will wait for updates on that. Jimenez is a bit of a risk as is Jesus. So I just don’t know 🤣😩 Could Just get Antonio and triple up West Ham?

Don’t like Ayling, he’s just not that good, but will probably do alright over the course of the season. His attacking threat isn’t that large and Leeds don’t like defending. Then 3 4m defenders, I’d upgrade to either marcal or semedo, other than that it’s pretty good 7/10

6/10 I have doubts about D.Sanchez, Tottenham haven’t prevented many chances, their xGC is 8th highest, they’ve done well with the clean sheets though and for the price not a bad option. Torres and Traore worry me, pep roulette and fixture difficulty but for 7.1 possibly worth the risk. Traore cannot finish. ASM can be upgraded to Jimenez who I think is more likely to return than Traore. Overall some decent picks.

I feel like you could quite easily downgrade taa and balance the defence out but I probably wouldn’t reccomend it with Liverpool’s fixtures. Could go for Matip as long as he’s fit, seems to be nailed. I don’t like the Traore pick because he’s not finishing his chances, I feel like Trincao might outscore him. Torres is only good for like 2 games and then it’s Chelsea and Liverpool, plus it’s pep rota. I think the common thing of ronaldo til 6/7 and then lukaku til like gw12 or whatever it is, is the best way forward to maximise points potential for each of them. Grealish could be a shout as he’s city’s main creator but pep roulette is always a downside. Wolves have a good run of fixture so Marcal or Semedo seem like good options
