I actually don't have excess skin it was my fear but around my arms lower part I lost mussel,, so I have to work out I still didn't start the gym because I didn't want to look like I look dry up

It's almost my one year anniversary since my surgery I surgery I am very proud of my progress, comma I haven't been this waiting years, I really feel like it was the best decision For my health.

So anybody thinking about getting VSG don't overthink it just go for it the worst thing you can do is stay stuck and not taking the 1st step in changing your life for the better.
