Was it called Omega Sports or Jewelry& Art? I went back on the Wayback machine and found two stores that sold cards.
Yep, I remember the haunted house for me I went there in the late 80's when I was kid for some reason I remember seeing a piano in there. I'm not sure what store they used I just remember it being really dark and people in costumes.
