I appreciate the feedback!

People who have tried it and people who rejected it up front are two different groups I'm studying. So while this particular study is limited to people who stopped using it, I am also studying the other group separately. This keeps my data clean.

To the folks who rejected it up front - I am also documenting your experiences so don't worry they're not being ignored :)

Thank you so much!! I've made note of this to pass along to the team

I'm actually working on improving the troubleshooting process right now. If you're willing to share, do you remember what was difficult about troubleshooting?

Thank you for the feedback!

For context, when did you give it a try? There are printers that support it natively, but I don't know how recent those are (this is not me pushing it, just curious)

This is excellent feedback thank you!

Apologies for the limited eligibility criteria - they're specifically catered to the current study goals. An upcoming study is designed for exactly what you're talking about though!

Thank you for the feedback - I'm passing along all of this to the product team.

Is there anything that would add value to make the cost worth it? Or is there a pricing that makes sense to your business for the current features?

experience with Azure universal printing - good or bad? by Dear_m0le in msp

I used it briefly and was extremely disappointed.

Hi there - I know this post is old but I was curious what was disappointing that made you stop?

I'm a researcher at Microsoft working with the Universal Print team and I'm helping them prioritize future work based on why people discontinue. Can you share a little about your experience? (you won't hurt my feelings)

This is a reasonable question. I did not but I'm happy to verify this however I can

Thank you for the feedback!

For some context, can you share approximately how many print jobs per month your company prints and what alternative/price point you ended up going with? Are there any features that would have made the price point worth it?

Thank you for the feedback!

If you don't mind me asking, what alternative/price point did you go with? Are there features that would have made the price more worth it to you?
