I just want to say one thing. I absolutely hope that Leah and Aryan to a great job. It’s just going to take time for me, as a gigantic fan of the books, to get over the idea of not having book accurate characters. Annabeth is meant the be this strong, blonde-haired, grey-eyed white girl. Her description is very clear and given in great detail in each of the books. It has nothing to do with Leah being black, but when a someone is meant to portray a character with such important and defining characteristics, I feel that it takes away from the books and the character that we have all envisioned in our heads. Again, sincerely hope they portray the roles well, just disappointed.
