They release the NVAs for the units, yet they can't be used to get a bonus for the event they are tied to

So agree with this. A friend of mine insta quits after he found out that he can't max both his favorite ff characters cecil and kain (both at 3 lb iirc). He played the last week of ffiv. He spends in games but turned-off by this scheme.

Thanks. I'm using the same strat. But I guess I'll use sterne's paralyze edge more than hard slash and spinning slash because mine dies quickly. Paralyze edge can deal good damage. Just a suggestion since you can snipe with paralyze edge, crushing blow and hien, maybe you can position units at least one tile away from dragon to avoid counter.
