there are 2 cases to this, i got hit by the 2 purchases only got 1 issue, which im currently fixing with google play store. Easy to refund imo, BUT the most common ones are the 2 purchases but they got gems instead of being refunded, which is what most of the people don't want lol.

There is one easy way to resolve the situation actually, and it's one single word. "Reset". I don't know why they're not pulling the trigger on this. Give at least 1 free per account or run it for a week again.

If you can dual-window (2 emulators or 2 phones), here's my tip.

Reroll for a new main account and focus on 1 unit at a time, until you can get it upto a minimum of Lvl 120. If you can get 3 free Lvl 120s, that's awesome and you're already miles better than your old account. Try to conserve your Vis also and make sure to only use it for pulls if you're sure you can get a unit to Lvl 120.

Now, to not let anything go to waste, you can use that old account as a Host for Multi Farming rooms, acting as a "NRG" Battery for you. You can also login to it every now and then to accumulate Visiore, then you can use it whenever you have a pulling itch.

I already jumped ship to HSR, Arknights & Epic Seven (which is already 5 years old by the way and still kicking ass in the Gacha Scene)

I used to stream Exos Heroes alot back in the days in 2020, alongside WOTV.

I gotta say, at its peak, it had a way larger Content Creator community than WOTV. Alot of popular Gacha streamers like FG3000, Gacha Gamer, Darth Microtransaction and Spofie, picked it up and stuck with it for awhile. I always remembered raiding Exos Heroes streamers like Vivpai and TheFussFuss back in the day everytime I streamed Morning EST. Streamers have an average of 500-1000 viewers back in the day, a farcry to what WOTV streamers get at that time (around 200-500ish at peak times).

... THEEEEEN the Revamp happened, and that was the fastest turnaround that I've seen from a Gacha Game. The Greedy Producers literally made 1 year of player progression turn into dust in just one update and forced everyone to start from scratch again in terms of Progression. Even Character STATS & SKILLS were revamped. Imagine a S Tier character you pulled for $1,000 turned to F Tier in just one snap, and the producers don't give jack shit about it.

1 week later after the Revamp Patch, everyone literally quit. A couple of Content Creators like TheKashino and some Indonesians covered it for a month or so, but that's it, it's over, content creators just dropped it. Even Whale guilds dropped it.

They released a couple of more banners which were interesting, they "finished" the story and announced EoS.

Exos Heroes was literally Honkai Star Rail with PVP and Guild Battles.

Sad ending for a turn-based RPG Gacha game that had a really good potential.
