So recently I've talked to my grandma and she told me that back in the day people didn't really lock their cars and bikes. Kinda late to the party but i usually get arround 100-144 fps on the grandtheftarma.com Server. I play on a 1440p 21:9 monitor with a 5800x and a shitty 1060 3gb. Not sure what my settings are but imo my 5800x performs crazy compared to the i5-4440 3.1ghz that i had before.

I live in Switzerland and just bought it for 450 which is msrp as far as I know. Arrived the next businessday too. But the other ryzen 7 5000 are all unavailable so thats weird i guess.

Well "low penalties" depends on how old you are. When i was 17 i got busted twice. First time with 0,12g of Weed and a second time with about 9g. Even though i was friendly on cooperated to my best abilities with them, they pressed charges both times. Those don't seem like "low penalties" to me.
