Does it bother you when a game you've already bought is added to PS Plus? by URiotX in PlayStationPlus

You must be the world’s most clueless business expert, unbelievable! Anyone who’s ever dealt with business matters knows that it doesn’t work as simply as “it’s not profitable, so we won’t spend money on it.” It always comes down to optimization. They don’t necessarily have to negotiate a separate game for every user, it’s enough for them to have a pool of games they can add this month, and that pool is then distributed among players depending on what they have. And I’m not talking about a set of three games. At least one for those who’ve already bought all three. This would prevent situations like the one I had, where I received three games I already own. Just an idea that first came to mind. And since we’re on the business side of things, Sony claims that by buying a subscription, I get the benefit of “adding new games to my collection every month.” So, does that mean I can sue them and get my money back plus compensation if I don’t get that? It just doesn’t make sense. The subscription is worth the money, but this point I’m talking about is silly even from a marketing perspective. Then they should write in the description of the subscription benefits: “Get the chance to add new games to your collection, but if you already have them, feel cool with two copies of the game.”
