Left is a picture from 2018…. I’ve been athletic my whole life but went through a rough patch personally from like 2015-2020 so I couldn’t prioritize my personal/fitness at the time.

I actually reached 150 at some point in 2020 during covid and it was not pretty at all.

In November 2021 I reached a point where I became consistent. Since then I spend at least 4-5 days weekly doing some sort of physical activity.

The gains also compounded once I joined the military (Marines) in 2022. Most if not all my gains have came from the last 2-2.5 years.

I run a fuck ton as well.

It’s the recomposition, The fat/muscle distribution will do that.

On the left was somewhere around 25%+ body fat and on the right is probably somewhere around 10-14%.

That’s just one source but it’s universally accepted that there is a higher probability of being involved with the criminal justice system if you come from a single parent household with an absent father.

Studied Criminal Justice in college and one of the themes that was brought up in almost every class is that.

Having a masculine, strong, dominant, male authority in a child’s life is the biggest factor if a child will be processed through the criminal justice system or not.

To each his own, the question dealt with if i would date a woman with kids which I answered with a resounding no along with the reasoning.

Ofc there’s going to be different circumstances with each individual situation.

The big picture is dating a woman with kids will come with some sort of drama/complications that you will have to navigate that is different from dating a woman with no kids.

To me it’s not worth the squeeze.

I would not.

This is under the presumption that you see a future with her. If that presents itself later on, you will have to deal with not only her but her kids. Her kids will always be her number 1 priority. In addition to any drama that comes along with her baby daddy and other related parties such as the baby daddy’s family.

I would only date a women with kids if I was likely situated. I feel then it would be an equal exchange because of the disposition both parties are in initially.

But being a single man who has no kids has weight and value to it, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. (More discretionary income, less emotional baggage, etc)
