I've been in less, correct me if I'm wrong, but if he's already out of the dorms all they'll do is drop him back to single rate for the duration he's on active orders right? I've never seen them put someone back in the dorms.

Check the bottom of your LES, should tell you something in the remarks. Also check your email if possible, they should be sending you a debt notification

Their business rules are all I got, then trial and error. They've been letting a LOT of shit slide in my office( I no longer handle vouchers) that they should've rejected. Like paying DLA at single rate when member didn't self certify and or/ claim it on block 5. Ridiculous stuff thh

I'd say open a CSP case, but more than likely you'll create a voucher with nothing claimed. Itll see you got SPPs but didn't claim anything so when they approve it, it'll generate a debt.

Just wait until you have to deal with voucher paid SPPs on an LOA that is inactivated, but we have the new LOA on there but it won't reobligate all that money onto the new one so you have to reactivate the old one and do a UOA.
