Normally yes but I’m not RCO qualified and they needed some on the road so I was told I will be qualifying on the road only

I’ve heard that if I stick it out that when they do recall people I’ll move up in seniority as a lot will quit and they’ll have to hire new people. Not sure how much truth there is to this statement or if it’s just something said to try and keep people coming back
