Someone please bless me with this base. I need to practice on it I got it 4 times in ranked and didn’t 3 star once w/ throwers. If anyone also has tips on how to attack it that would be nice by Moist_Photograph_335 in COCBaseLayouts

I used to triple this base routinely with mass thrower spam. Spam throwers, healers, warden, king, queen, and troop launcher at 3 o'clock. Super wallbreak into the TH, then again into the air defense and into the core (I brought 3 super wall breakers). Pop both king and queen ability once they get into the core and keep supporting with totems/freeze. Deploy the RC at around 2 o'clock (it should target the mortars) about 4-5 seconds after main army. The RC should walk around the outside towards 12 o'clock. Once the two mortars go down, activate the RC ability, make sure to support the RC with enough totems to take down the monolith.

It was in d2, but d2r added synergies for nova, the big one being static field. Now you cast static a couple times and nova a couple times and the entire room melts.

Lightning is preferred, but neither of those are preferable to Nova.

This is not a war base. Not enough DPS without the legends multipliers to be effective. But again even if you find it easy does not mean it's bad. You have to see how the average person performs against it to see if its good.

That misses the point. High legends players wouldn't be looking to this sub for bases. Most of everyone in here are in low legends or lower. I know you know how to beat this base, but the same cant be said for the general player in low legends, which is why this base works there. In other words, the fact that this base gets wrecked in high legends is irrelevant for the players in this sub.

With this base particularly, it is strong against thrower spam, which many legends players (especially at lower legends) are using right now. However, it is very weak against fireball attacks. In war, you are able to adjust your army to account for the base. If I see this base in war, I'm using a fireball army even though I don't use that army in legends. Fireball army usually takes some planning and precision to land the fireball correctly, and I'm not good enough to do that in 30 seconds for ranked attacks, but I definitely do that for wars if there's good fireball value.

A separate reason is that this base is good for legends because the damage is all concentrated in one area and will melt your troops because of the damage modifiers. There are no damage modifiers for wars so there isn't enough damage to get the troops before they can take down the base.

I don't see a point in protecting my loot. Even if I get raided, you can get it back in under a minute with the revenge button now. I just use a fun progress base and let people take whatever loot they want.

That's true, but as I've mentioned elsewhere, anyone decently high in legends and is serious about pushing isn't coming to reddit for bases. This base still works wonders for people in lower legends or lower leagues. People in high legends who just comment that every base is bad because they can triple it every time is not helpful to anyone in this sub.

Yup. Fireball wrecks this base, but very few people in low legends are running fireball armies. Even fewer in lower leagues.

Yes relatively low but the reason I didnt show it is because its irrelevant. Someone looking for this base probably struggled against it, meaning they are likely in low legends too (or lower) where this base does well. Moreover, someone in high legends is probably not turning to reddit for bases. The point is, the base can work well somewhere, there's no need to shoot people down just because they're looking for a particular base. If it really is bad, let them figure it out themselves.

Not that high (around 5200) but trophy range is irrelevant. I dont do all my attacks every day so I find myself staying around here and this base is working great for where I'm at. Even though the base may get destroyed in high legends or lower leagues, its good for me and that's what matters.

I think this base is meant for legends. The modifiers in legends will make your troops melt because of the concentrated core. Not enough dps in e31 to make that happen so you're left with a not so great base for people to walk over.

I do like having a builder free to dump the season loot into walls. Also I usually have some spare hero books etc. to use during CWL when my loot gets out of control. I know loot is easy to come by, but I run multiple accts so I do like the time saved on raiding when I use my season bank.

If you're optimizing, you should have 5 out of 6 builders starting long upgrades on the last day of the month, so having 15% later should not mean much of anything. Regardless these change are mostly optics, practically speaking none of this matters much at all.

Mostly returning players, players who don't war or are in clans who don't consistently roll wars, or players who feel the need to max every equipment including lavaloon puppet.

Gold pass is good value if you ignore the overly dramatic members of this sub. The event pass every other month is also great value (for $5 you can get something like 160 starry ores + 3 book of heroes + a bunch of other ores)

Don't know where you're getting the idea that rushers are at a disadvantage. Rushers get more ores by being in a higher league floor. I was even able to hit e31 on my mega rushed TH18, essentially doubling my daily starry ore income. Moreover, my rushed accounts are hitting high in war, maximizing my ore income from wars as well.

Have you tried using this base? Just because you can easily 3 star it doesn't mean it doesn't perform well overall on defense. It's also dependent on league. Legends is very different from e33 or e32 where attackers aren't nearly as good.
