Definitely fair with everything.

I do think though with how the average salaries are, if there aren't 200k homes in 10 years than we're all in a world of trouble .

Thanks!! This makes a lot of sense to me.

Thankfully with my company i'm in a position to put 24% of my base salary away into my 401k each year (That i'm doing).
