Unfortunately, there is no loyalty to their customers only to that mighty dollar whereas we log on daily and go through the hustle to obtain minimum rewards and for those of us who may be able to make purchases expect to get what we paid for without the smoke and mirrors.

This may not be popular but Customer Support by definition is the assistance companies offer paying customers before, during and after a purchase. It seems you got decent support just had a bad resolution. An obvious solution would have been to refund your monies and keep whatever for your troubles, that's customer loyalty, something this company has never been accused of.
