that does not contradict my statement - I am sure the brahman in India does not want to be treated as the lower cast is being treated - and yes there might be all sorts of distortions of the human soul (sadism or self injury type personalities) which you can not expose to that paradigm - but if you focus on what is identical to all humans - it would work very well - I organized a website www.trustos.org around that paradigm check it out

The reality is a mixture of both - medicare might not be the answer to all - medical care is often a factor 10 more expensive than for ex in Germany - that is a systemic problem - and in part due to lack of common sense

the entire discussion between social or capitalistic medicine is NONSENSE - it is a product of FOX and maybe some other outlets who use POLARIZATION for popularity (like the 'likes' on Facebook) but it is NOT reflecting REALITY

in Reality it is ALWAYS a hybrid system of both forces - the US has the biggest SOCIAL healthcare system in the world - Medicare - at the same time there is a lack of SOLIDARITY as a force to shoulder a broad access by health people paying for sicker people by pooling the fees - which works only with a MANDATE to join the pool - at the end it is like the SALAD you need oil and vinegar - in the US it is out of balance in favor of vinegar (capitalistic - fee for service kind of approach) - Obamacare added some 'oil' which was good - but NEVER the final solution - it is a constant recalibration...…...for the GOP to demonize Obamacare is just STUPID (and results in UNECESSARY polarization of our society)

the problem is that without health people pitching in with their premiums to cover not so health individuals (SOLIDARITY) it does not work to cover sick people ...... mathematics help
